Jump Rope for Heart

We have been keeping fit this term through our skipping programme. We have learnt new jumps and been very diligent in practicing these not only in the morning but in our break times as well! We have learnt how to perform a basic jump, skier jump and bell jump. On Friday mornings we practice jumping over a long rope.

  1. Amalia has been practicing her skipping all weekend! She absolutely loves it and has been proudly showing me all the different techniques involved in skipping! I had no idea you could do so many jumps with a rope...! Carmen
